FAQ

About my order

How can I track my order?

If you provided a valid email address at the time of your purchase and shipped your order to a physical address, you will receive an email indicating fulfillment and shipping of your order. This tracking number will link you to the USPS or FedEx websites where you can obtain a delivery date. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation or did not provide The Phi Theta Kappa Store with a valid email address, please contact us or call 601.984.3581 with your invoice number, and we will be happy to track your order.

How will my package be delivered?

If you provided a physical shipping address, your package will be delivered either via FedEx or US Mail in approximately 5 to 7 business days unless it was shipped expedited. If you provided a P.O. Box, your package will be delivered U.S. Mail. Shipping will take approximately 7 to 10 business days if shipped to a P.O. Box.

What do I do if I notice an exception related to my package?

Contact us or call 601.984.3581 and we will be able to forward the correct information to USPS or FedEx so that your order can be delivered in a quick manner. You can also contact FedEx by calling 800-GoFedEx. You will need your tracking number.

USPS  or FedEx indicates delivery of my package, but I can't locate it.

Check all doors and the perimeter of your home, apartment, or business. If you live in a duplex or apartment, please check with the manager's office or your immediate neighbor. If you are still unable to locate your delivered package, please contact us or call 800.946.9996 and we will begin a delivery investigation.

I received my package, but it appears damaged.  What should I do?

Contact us or call 601.984.3581 immediately, and we will begin the claim process. We ask that you hold onto the package and contents because a USPS or FedEx representative may come to inspect the package to determine reason of damage. If anything is damaged, we will send a replacement and handle the investigation and the reimbursement from USPS or FedEx.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Contact The Phi Theta Kappa Store at 601.984.3581 and speak with a customer service representative. We aim at processing and shipping orders the same day; therefore, we cannot guarantee that a shipment can be stopped or changed. You will receive a return label and form in your package to assist in returning your package for a refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
